Teresa’s Christmas and New Year message is published in this week’s edition of the Bexley Times:
“I hope that we see growth in the economy in 2012 and that new jobs and homes are created in London.
“It’s heartbreaking to see the overcrowded conditions some children are living in whilst their parents are chasing job vacancies with little hope of being able to gain employment and improve the family’s life chances.
“I am optimistic that the Olympics will bring new employment and raise out spirits in the Summer.
“For myself my wish for next year is to spend more time with my granddaughters who are a total joy.”
